Definitions
Client: any professional or individual capable within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these general conditions.
Services and Provisions : https://transfofrance.com/ makes available to Clients.
Content: All elements constituting the information present on the Client’s Site, in particular texts, images, videos.
Client information : Hereinafter referred to as “Information”, corresponding to all personal data that may be held by https://transfofrance.com/ for account management, customer relationship management and for analytical and statistical purposes.
User: Internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site.

All information provided on the site is given for information purposes only and is subject to change. It is provided subject to any modifications made since it was posted online.
4. Contractual limitations on technical data
The site uses JavaScript technology. The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. The user undertakes to access the site with recent equipment, free from viruses and with an up-to-date latest-generation browser.
The site is hosted within the European Union, in accordance with the GDPR (No. 2016-679). The hosting provider ensures the continuity of its service 24/7, while reserving the right to interrupt the service for the shortest possible periods (maintenance, improvement or infrastructure failure, abnormal traffic).
France Transfo and the hosting provider cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment, in particular due to network congestion preventing access to the server.
5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting
France Transfo owns the intellectual property rights and/or holds the rights of use over all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

6. Limitations of liability
France Transfo acts as publisher of the site and is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content published. France Transfo cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site, resulting in particular from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications of point 4, the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.
France Transfo cannot be held further responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the site. 7. Management of personal data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of 21 June 2014 on confidence in the digital economy, the Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004 and the GDPR (No. 2016-679).

For Personal Data collected in the context of browsing the Site and forms, the data controller is France Transfo, represented by its legal representative.

- To improve navigation: connection and usage data.

France Transfo does not sell your personal data; it is used out of necessity or for statistical and analytical purposes.
7.3. Rights of individuals

7.4. Non-disclosure of personal data
France Transfo undertakes not to process, host or transfer Information collected from its Clients to a country outside the European Union or not recognised as adequate by the European Commission without prior information to the Client. France Transfo remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, subject to sufficient guarantees with regard to the GDPR.
France Transfo takes all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and prevent it from being communicated to unauthorised persons. En cas d’incident impactant l’intégrité ou la confidentialité des Informations, France Transfo informera le Client dans les meilleurs délais et lui communiquera les mesures correctrices.
8. Incident notification
Despite all efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. In the event of a security breach, affected users will be notified in accordance with national and European legal obligations.
9. Security
To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, France Transfo uses networks protected by standard security devices (firewalls, pseudonymisation, encryption, passwords).
